Primary and Preventative Care

Charlotte Community Health Clinic provides medical care, laboratory services, access to medications for both acute and chronic problems, radiology services, and follow-up care.

Colon Cancer Screenings:

All CCHC patients age 50 and over are welcome to join us for a colonoscopy class. This class, taught by staff from Charlotte Gastroenterology, goes over what to expect when undergoing a colonoscopy. Patients who complete the class are eligible for a free colonoscopy. 

All class start at 10 am at our University clinic (8401 Medical Plaza Dr.)

Breast and Cervical Cancer Screenings: 

Charlotte Community Health Clinic providers perform Pap tests. We also refer patients for mammograms free of charge.

Lung Cancer Screenings: 

Patients who smoke or have smoked may be eligible for a free CT scan to test for lung cancer. Ask your CCHC provider if this service applies to you.
